Impact of prevention and innovative care

Invitation

Symposium Circulatory Health: impact of prevention and innovative care

We are pleased to invite scientists, specialists, GPs, students and interested parties, on behalf of the Strategic theme Circulatory Health, to the symposium of the Center for Circulatory Health: impact of prevention and innovative care. This symposium will address the latest international developments and trends in the prevention of and innovative care for cardiovascular diseases.

Keynote speaker Professor Salim Yusuf, cardiologist and epidemiologist, will kick off the afternoon with his views on the implications for prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases worldwide. Following this, medical specialists will take us on a journey through the latest developments in regenerative medicine, heart-on-a-chip, trends in minimally invasive surgery and treatments of unruptured intracranial aneurysms.

The next theme will be the impact of innovative care. Our medical specialists will explain the latest research results, regional collaboration and prevention in the consultation room. To conclude the symposium, we will together celebrate the opening of the Center for Circulatory Health, the new, cross-disciplinary outpatient clinic where a range of medical specialists offer patients the best possible care and service.

I hope to see you all on Friday afternoon, November 30!
